At Gum Springs, we seek to Glorify God in 3 specific ways:
By Delighting in God – We believe God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in Him. Our desire is for God to be our greatest treasure and first priority in all we do, both as a church family and as individuals. By His grace and through the power of the gospel, we seek to delight in Him through worship, fellowship, and serving our community together. Psalm 37:4
By Displaying His Love –Jesus calls us to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind, and to love our neighbor as ourselves. We are able to love because God first loved us through Jesus Christ, reconciling us to Himself and adopting us as His children. Because of that love, we seek to show grace, encouragement, and genuine care within our church family and throughout Cunningham and Montgomery County as we serve our community. By Declaring His Gospel – The greatest news in the world is the gospel of Jesus Christ—His life, death, and resurrection for sinners. We exist because of the gospel, are united by it, and are empowered through it. Our mission is to declare this good news for the glory of God and the joy of the world, applying its truth and promises to every area of life.. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4
